How are the panels made?
The photos, designed and taken by flower artist and photographer Yoko Takeuchi, are printed on high-quality panels to create a three-dimensional finish. Each item is carefully made to order.
How long will it take to deliver the product?
After your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within about 2 weeks. However, it may take longer depending on the busy schedule or if the item is a large size.
Can I see the actual product before purchasing?
We mainly sell our products online, but you can also see the actual flower art panels in our showroom space at our office.

Can I make sizes or customise them?
For some products, we can also accommodate size changes and specification inquiries. If you have any requests, please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form.
A corner of the panel has come off, what should I do?
According to the manufacturer, if the adhesive on the corner of the panel comes off, you can use it without any problems by reattaching it with commercially available adhesive (such as wood glue). If you have any concerns, please contact us with a photo.
Can it be installed outdoors?
This product is for indoor decoration. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperature changes as this may cause deterioration or discoloration.
The color seems different to the picture on the website.
Although we try to make the product images as close to the actual product as possible, please note that the actual color may differ slightly depending on your monitor and lighting environment.
